Hi this is me Johanna … I have been doing illustration for over ten years.
I studied at Central St Martin’s in London, gaining my degree and Post Graduate diploma in Illustration.
I have an agent in central London, Andrew Conningsby at www.debutart.com
I have worked for many clients such as The BBC, IBM, Harper Collins, Orion, The Radio Times, Psychologies Magazine, New Scientist, Macmillan, Notebook Magazine.au, Summertime Publishing – Mind, Body and Spirit, Norwich union, Scitor, The Central office of Information, Gordon Dadds Solicitors, Tradewinds Travel Company, Heinemann Books, Longman Publishing, Transworld Publishing, Minet PLC, Banking Technology, Computing Magazine, Woman’s Own, Black swan and many more.
My main discipline is mixed media, I create collaged pieces which after lighting it, I then digitally photograph and tweak the image through Photoshop and Illustrator, providing jpegs or what ever the client wishes to receive.
I also have started experimenting with Childrens, Cartoons and Fashion as I like to keep my hand in with painting and drawing and just enjoy the freedom of not having to align objects 24/7.
